Morenatural was founded out of my passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives. Treatments
Vodder Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
A gentle, specialised treatment that stimulates the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, support recovery, and promote the body’s natural healing processes. Ideal for lymphoedema, lipoedema, post-surgical swelling, scar tissue, pregnancy, and fluid retention.
Remedial Massage- Deep Tissue
A tailored massage that combines deep tissue, Thai techniques, and active and passive stretching to relieve muscle pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall flexibility. Ideal for those with muscle tension, postural strain, sports injuries, or pregnancy discomfort. Promotes long-term well-being and relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage
A tailored massage from the second trimester onwards to relieve back pain, sciatica, swelling, and tension during pregnancy. Using a pregnancy pillow for ultimate comfort, this treatment improves circulation and promotes relaxation throughout pregnancy.
Hot Stones Massage
A deeply soothing treatment using warm basalt stones, rich in minerals like iron, magnesium, calcium, and potassium, to relieve muscle tension, promote relaxation, and enhance circulation. Not suitable for pregnant women.
